Exchange & Return Policy

While DYECODE CRAFT strives to maintain the highest level of quality and craftsmanship, there are inadvertently some gaps that might arise. 


There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction.

 

Please note that the shoes can be exchanged only in the following conditions:

 

* All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are 100% sure you are keeping them. To be eligible our return/ exchange policy lasts 5 days from the receipt of the shoes by you.

 

* The product should be unused and should be returned in its original packaging. The product will go through inspection and in case if it's received in a damaged condition due to any circumstances then the refund will not be valid.

 

*  Return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer & are not refundable by us. We will not be held responsible or items lost or damaged during transit when the item is shipped by the customer.

 

*  We offer pick-up facility in selected location basis our courier serviceability. I the pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.

 

*  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and status of your replacement process & will update consignment receipt.
